Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it is processed by our team at the earliest. Each product undergoes a quality inspection before being carefully packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.
Some of our products are made-to-order or handcrafted, and therefore may require additional processing time before dispatch.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Products in stock: 10–15 business days
- Made-to-order products: 15–20 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Design complexity and handwork involved
- Shipping destination
- Courier partner logistics
During festive seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays, delivery times may be extended.
Shipping Coverage
SH by SANA currently ships across India.
Customers can place orders from anywhere in the country, and our courier partners will deliver to most serviceable locations.
If your address falls outside our courier partner’s serviceable areas, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available within Hyderabad.
- Standard Shipping Charges: Applicable for deliveries outside Hyderabad. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
SH by SANA offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services across most serviceable locations in India.
Currently, no additional charges are applied for COD orders.
However, SH by SANA reserves the right to modify COD availability or charges based on operational requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the tracking details and AWB number of the shipment.
Customers can track their orders through the courier partner’s tracking system or through the Track Order option on our website.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, SH by SANA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier company delays
- Natural disasters or weather disruptions
- Government restrictions or public holidays
- Unexpected logistical challenges
