At SH by SANA, we take great care to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Each item undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case of size issues or damaged products.

Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear images or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • Reason for exchange

Once the request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.


Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

SH by SANA reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product handling standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the request and arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution after verification.


Return Shipping

If the exchange is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, SH by SANA will arrange the return shipment.

For size exchanges, customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges.


Refund Policy

Currently, SH by SANA does not offer refunds.
We only provide product exchanges or store credit, depending on the situation.
