5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product:

  • In-stock products: 10–15 business days

  • Made-to-order products: 15–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location, courier logistics, or unforeseen delays.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details and AWB number. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.


7. Can I exchange my product?

Yes, we allow exchanges for size issues or damaged products. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.


8. Do you offer refunds?

Currently, SH by SANA does not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges or store credit, depending on the case.


9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product. Our team will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
